Location: Jefferson Resident Construction Engineer Office
Shift Requirements: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, flexible schedules available.
As an Engineering Office Assistant 2, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Operate Field Manager & AASHTOW are programs to create pay vouchers, enter material stockpiles, and enter contract modifications.
- Operates Office Suite, Doc Express, and Fleetio
- Maintain Office Project files and project records for Federal Aid and other projects.
- Receives/screens visitors and telephone calls; answers routine questions and routes others to the appropriate staff person for handling.
- Schedules appointments/conferences/meetings and arranges for out-of-town travel.
- Assists in delegations through Workday/timesheet software.
- Assists office auditor with project reviews.
